2. Payment Methods?
We require a 50% deposit through T/T in advance, with the remaining balance of 50% payable by T/T before dispatch. We also accept payments via T/T, L/C, among others.
3. Can your company provide engineer assistance for machine installation and training?
Absolutely, we can dispatch engineers to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Our team frequently travels internationally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, completion within 5-15 days is feasible, given all prerequisites are met. Prior to shipment, an invitation letter for a visa is required. Please be informed that all expenses related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by the customer. While we make every effort, visa approvals are not within our control.
4. Is there a warranty if we purchase your machines?
Certainly! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty from shipment date for mechanical parts. Should any parts fail within this period, we will replace them at no cost, although transportation charges may apply.
