We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% due prior to delivery. We accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other convenient methods for your ease.
3. Can Your Engineers Assist with Installation and Training?
Absolutely, we offer comprehensive support for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers are globally mobile, providing invaluable after-sales service and technical expertise. Typically, the process requires between 5 to 15 days, depending on conditions. An invitation letter for visa processing is necessary before dispatch. Please note, all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be covered by the customer in advance. Additionally, visa approval is not guaranteed.
