Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight; the tie bar space should exceed the mold dimensions. Reach out to us for comprehensive guidance.

A 50% deposit via T/T is required upfront, with the remaining 50% balance payable by T/T before delivery. We accommodate payments through T/T, L/C, and other methods.

Absolutely, we can dispatch our engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, a period of 5-15 days suffices if all conditions are satisfactory. Prior to shipment, we require an invitation letter for visa purposes. Please note, all expenses related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by the customer. Additionally, visa success is not guaranteed.
