1. How to choose an injection molding machine?
Ensure that the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the weight of the product. The space between tie bars should exceed the mold dimensions. For further guidance, contact us anytime.

2. How to pay?
A 50% deposit is required via T/T in advance. The remaining 50% balance should be settled by T/T prior to delivery. We also accept payments through L/C and more.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely, we can dispatch an engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers frequently travel globally for after-sales service and support. Typically, the process takes 5-15 days. Prior to shipment, we require an invitation letter for visa processing. Please note, all expenses related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by the customer. Visa issuance is not guaranteed.

4. If we purchase your machines, is there a warranty?
Certainly, we offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty for mechanical parts post-shipment. We are accountable for any defective parts within this period, providing replacements free of charge. Transportation costs, however, should be covered by the client.
