We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% due prior to delivery. For your convenience, we accept payments through T/T, L/C, and various other methods.
3. Can Your Engineers Assist with Installation and Training?
Certainly, we offer comprehensive support for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers are globally mobile, delivering after-sales service and technical expertise. Typically, this process takes 5 to 15 days, contingent upon conditions. An invitation letter for visa processing is necessary prior to dispatch. Please note that all costs related to visas, travel, and accommodation must be covered by the customer in advance, and visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
4. Is There a Warranty with Your Machines?
Indeed, our machines come with a 12-month warranty on mechanical parts from the date of shipment. We will replace any faulty components within this period at no additional charge, although clients are responsible for any incurred transportation costs.
