1. How to choose an injection molding machine?
The injection weight should ideally be approximately 1.2 times the weight of the product. Additionally, the tie bar spacing must exceed the mold dimensions. For more detailed guidance, please reach out to us.

We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance due before delivery. We accept payments via T/T, L/C, and other methods.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Certainly, we can dispatch our experienced engineers to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers travel extensively across countries to provide after-sales service and technical support. Based on experience, 5-15 days is generally sufficient if all conditions are favorable. Before shipment, we request an invitation letter for a visa. Kindly note, all expenses related to visas, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by the customer, and visa approval cannot be guaranteed.

4. If we purchase your machines, is there a warranty?
Yes, absolutely. We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts after shipment. During this period, we take responsibility for any defective parts, which we will replace free of charge. However, any applicable transportation costs will be covered by the client.
