A 50% deposit via T/T is required upfront, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T prior to delivery. We accept various payment methods including T/T and L/C.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install the machine for commissioning, and even train our workers?
Absolutely, we can dispatch experienced engineers to your site for installation, commissioning, and comprehensive training. Our engineers frequently travel globally to provide unrivaled after-sales service and technical expertise. Typically, the process takes 5-15 days. Prior invitation letters are necessary for visa applications, and all associated costs, including visa, travel, and accommodation, are to be settled by the client.
4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Yes, we proudly offer a 12-month warranty on all mechanical parts post-shipment. Should any parts fail within this period, we provide replacements free of charge. However, clients are responsible for any transportation costs incurred.
