We require a 50% deposit via T/T upfront, with the remaining 50% due by T/T before delivery. We also accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other convenient methods.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and training of our workforce?
Absolutely! We can dispatch our skilled engineer to your factory for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally, providing after-sales service and technical support. Generally, the process takes approximately 5-15 days, contingent on circumstances. Before shipment, please arrange an invitation letter for the visa process. However, note that all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation are to be covered in advance by the customer. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee the success of every visa application.

4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Certainly! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. Should any parts fail within this period, we will supply replacements free of charge, although clients are responsible for potential transport costs.
