Our experienced engineers frequently travel internationally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, a duration of 5-15 days is sufficient, conditions permitting. Prior to shipment, please provide an invitation letter for visa processing. Note that all costs associated with visa applications, travel, and accommodation must be pre-paid by the customer, and visa approvals are not guaranteed.

4. Do your machines come with a warranty?
