Selecting the right injection molding machine is crucial. Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the weight of the product, and the tie bar space surpasses the mold dimensions. For further guidance, our team is ready to provide additional information and assistance.
2. How to pay?
We offer flexible payment options to facilitate a seamless transaction. A 50% deposit via T/T is required in advance, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T before delivery. We also accept L/C and other payment methods for your convenience.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install the machine for commissioning and even train our workers?
Absolutely! We can dispatch our expert engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and comprehensive training of your workforce. Our seasoned engineers frequently travel worldwide to provide exemplary after-sales service and technical support. Typically, the entire process takes between 5 to 15 days, provided all preparations are in order. Before shipment, kindly prepare an invitation letter for the visa. Please note, all expenses related to the visa, travel, and accommodation are to be prepaid by the customer, and we cannot guarantee visa approval.
4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Absolutely, we offer a robust 12-month warranty post-shipment for all mechanical parts. Our commitment extends to covering any broken parts within this period, offering them free of charge. However, any transportation costs incurred should be covered by the client.
