A 50% deposit via T/T is required in advance, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T prior to delivery. We accept various payment methods, including T/T and L/C, for your convenience.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation, commissioning, and training?
Absolutely, our engineers can be dispatched to your facility for installation, commissioning, and staff training. Our experienced engineers travel globally for after-sales service and technical assistance. Typically, 5-15 days are sufficient, contingent upon receiving an invitation letter for the visa. Customers are responsible for prepaying all associated costs for visa, travel, and accommodation. Note that visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
4. Do your machines come with a warranty?
Certainly! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty from shipment on mechanical parts, covering any defects. Should any parts fail within this period, we will provide replacements at no cost, although transportation expenses are the client's responsibility.
5. Do you have reference projects available?
We proudly have reference projects across numerous countries. With customer consent, we can share their contact information for you to arrange a visit to their facilities. Additionally, we warmly invite you to visit our company to witness our machines in action at our site, with transportation arranged from the nearest station.
