The injection weight should ideally be approximately 1.2 times the product's weight; ensure the tie-bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. For personalized advice, please reach out to us directly.

2. How to pay?
A 50% deposit via T/T is required in advance, with the remaining 50% balance payable by T/T before delivery. We also accommodate L/C and other payment methods for your convenience.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install and commission the machine, and train our workers?
Absolutely! We can send an engineer to seamlessly install, commission, and provide training at your site. Our engineers frequently travel internationally to deliver unparalleled after-sales service and technical support. Typically, if conditions are favorable, the process takes 5-15 days. Prior to shipment, please prepare an invitation letter for visa arrangements. Please note, all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodations are to be covered in advance by customers. Visa approvals, however, cannot be guaranteed.

4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Certainly! We provide a comprehensive 12-month warranty post-shipment for all mechanical parts. We assume responsibility for any defective parts within this period, supplying replacements free of charge. Transportation costs, however, should be covered by clients.
