1. How to choose injection molding machine?
Select an injection molding machine where the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight. Ensure the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. Contact us for further insights tailored to your needs.
2. How to pay?
A 50% deposit is required by T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance to be paid by T/T prior to delivery. We also accept payments via T/T, L/C, etc.
3. Is that possible for your company to send engineer to install machine for commissioning, even train our workers?
Certainly, our skilled engineers can be dispatched to your facility for installation, commissioning, and worker training. Our team is well-versed in international support, typically completing tasks within 5-15 days. Before shipment, an invitation letter for a visa is required. Do note, all expenses incurred for visa, travel, and accommodation are the responsibility of the customer. Visa approval, however, is not guaranteed.
4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Absolutely, we provide a comprehensive 12-month warranty post-shipment on all mechanical components. We are accountable for any parts that fail within this period and will replace them free of charge, though clients are responsible for any associated transportation costs.
5. Do you have reference project?
We have established reference projects in numerous countries. With the consent of previous clients, we can provide their contact details for you to arrange a visit to their facility.
