1. How to Choose an Injection Molding Machine?
The injection weight should be approximately 1.2 times the product's weight. Ensure the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. For further assistance, feel free to contact us for comprehensive guidance.
2. How to Pay?
A 50% deposit via T/T upfront is required, with the remaining 50% balance due by T/T before delivery. We also accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other methods.
3. Is it Possible for Your Company to Send an Engineer for Installation, Commissioning, and Training?
Absolutely, our engineers are available to visit your site for installation, commissioning, and worker training. With a team that frequently travels across countries, our support is just a plane ride away. Typically, a 5-15 day stay suffices if all goes smoothly. Please prepare an invitation letter for visa processing prior to shipment. Note that all visa, travel, and hotel expenses must be pre-covered by customers. Visa approval is subject to the discretion of the respective authorities.
