Select a machine with an injection weight approximately 1.2 times your product's weight. Ensure the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. Reach out to us for personalized guidance and detailed insights.
2. What payment methods are available?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance due before delivery. We accept various payment methods, including T/T and L/C.
3. Can your company send an engineer to install the machine, commission it, and train our workers?
Indeed, we can deploy our engineers to your site for installation, commissioning, and training. Our seasoned engineers frequently travel globally to provide after-sales service and technical support. Typically, the process takes 5 to 15 days, assuming all preparations are in place. Prior to shipment, please arrange an invitation letter for visa processing. Note that all associated costs for visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by the client, and visa issuance cannot be assured.
4. Is there a warranty if we purchase your machines?
Absolutely. We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment for all mechanical parts. Any faulty components within this period will be replaced at no additional cost, though transportation expenses are the client's responsibility.
5. Do you have reference projects available?
We maintain reference projects across numerous countries. With the consent of previous clients, we can provide their contact details for you to visit their facilities. Additionally, we warmly invite you to our company to witness our machines in action. We are happy to arrange transportation from the nearest station.
You are encouraged to visit our premises to see our machines at work. We offer convenient pickup from the nearby station to our facility.
