1. What is the best way to select an injection molding machine?
The injection weight should ideally be about 1.2 times the weight of the product. Additionally, the spacing between the tie bars should exceed the mold dimensions. For further details, please reach out to us.
2. What is your payment process?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance. The remaining balance of 50% should be settled by T/T before dispatch (We also accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other methods).
3. Can your company facilitate engineering support for machine installation, commissioning, and training of our staff?
Absolutely, we can deploy our engineers to your facility to assist with installation, commissioning, and comprehensive training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally to provide exceptional after-sales service and technical assistance. Typically, the process requires about 5-15 days, depending on circumstances. Prior to shipment, please arrange for an invitation letter to expedite the visa process. Note that all expenses related to visas, travel, and accommodation are to be prepaid by the customer, and visa approval cannot be assured.
4. Is there a warranty if we purchase your machines?
Certainly! We provide a robust 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. Should any part incur damage within this period, we will replace it at no cost, though transportation expenses must be covered by the clients.
5. Can you provide reference projects?
We boast reference projects across numerous countries. With the permission of previous clients, we can share contact details, allowing you to visit their facilities. Additionally, we invite you to tour our headquarters and witness the machinery in action. We are pleased to arrange pick-up from a nearby station.
