A 50% deposit via T/T is required upfront, with the remaining balance due before delivery. We accept T/T, L/C, and other payment methods.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation, commissioning, and training?
Absolutely! We can dispatch our engineers to your site for installation and training. Our experienced team provides comprehensive after-sales service and technical support worldwide. Typically, a 5-15 day timeframe suffices. Prepare an invitation letter for visa processing, noting that all associated travel costs must be prepaid by the customer. Visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
4. If we purchase your machines, is there a warranty?
Indeed, a 12-month warranty post-shipment covers mechanical parts. We are committed to replacing defective parts within this period at no charge, though the client covers any transport fees.
