An initial 50% deposit via T/T is required, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T before delivery. We accept T/T, L/C, and various other payment methods.

3. Can your company dispatch engineers for installation and training?
Absolutely, we dispatch expert engineers globally for installation, commissioning, and workforce training. Typical assignments last 5-15 days, contingent on preparatory measures. Please arrange an invitation letter for visa purposes in advance, and note that all related expenses such as visas, travel, and accommodation should be prepaid by customers. Visa issuance is subject to government regulations and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Is there a warranty included with machine purchases?
