2. How to pay?
Secure your order with a 50% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 50% due before delivery (Payment methods include T/T, L/C, etc.).
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely! We can dispatch an engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers regularly travel globally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, 5-15 days suffice if all prerequisites are met. Prior to shipment, please prepare an invitation letter for visa processing. Note that all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation should be pre-paid by clients. Visa approval is not guaranteed.
4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Indeed, we provide a comprehensive 12-month warranty post-shipment for mechanical components. We cover any breakages within this period, supplying required parts free of charge. Transportation costs may apply and are to be covered by clients.
