We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the balance due before delivery. We offer flexible payment options, accepting T/T, L/C, and other methods for your convenience, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.

Absolutely, we provide comprehensive support for installation, commissioning, and training. Our globally mobile engineers deliver after-sales service and technical expertise, typically taking 5 to 15 days, subject to conditions. An invitation letter for visa processing is necessary before dispatch. Please be aware that all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation are to be covered by the customer in advance, with no guarantee of visa approval.
4. Is There a Warranty with Your Machines?
Certainly, our machines are accompanied by a 12-month warranty on mechanical parts from the date of shipment. We will replace any faulty components free of charge within this period, though clients are responsible for any transportation costs incurred.
