To secure your order, a 50% deposit is required via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% to be settled by T/T before dispatch. We also accommodate payments through L/C and other methods.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely, we can send an experienced engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers are frequently deployed worldwide for post-purchase service and technical support. Typically, a period of 5-15 days suffices, contingent upon preparations, including procuring an invitation letter for visa processing. Please be aware that all expenses pertaining to visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by the customer, and we cannot assure visa approval.
