Regarding our shipping terms, we prioritize providing FOB pricing and delivery to the client's specified Chinese port, as many of our customers purchase more than just our machinery. Nevertheless, we remain flexible and can offer DDP pricing upon request. We invite you to discuss any specific arrangements with us as needed.

1. How to select the right injection molding machine?
The ideal injection weight should be approximately 1.2 times the product's weight, ensuring capacity and efficiency. Additionally, the tie bar spacing must exceed the mold dimensions. For detailed guidance, please reach out and consult with us directly.
2. What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T prior to delivery. We also accommodate payments via L/C and other methods.
3. Can your company dispatch an engineer to install and commission the machine while training our staff?
Absolutely, we can arrange for our engineer to visit your facility to install, commission, and train your team on the machinery. Our team of traveling engineers routinely provides after-sales service and technical support globally. Typically, installation and training take between 5 to 15 days, provided all preparations are in place. We require you to prepare an invitation letter for visa purposes prior to shipment. Note that all associated costs such as visa, travel, and accommodation need to be prepaid by the customer. Please understand that while we strive for success, visa approvals are not guaranteed.
4. Is there a warranty when purchasing your machines?
Certainly, we offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty post-shipment for all mechanical parts. Should any parts fail within this period, we are responsible for their replacement at no cost, although clients are required to cover any applicable transportation expenses.
5. Are there any reference projects available?
Indeed, we have completed projects in numerous countries. With the consent of our clients, we can provide their contact information, allowing you to visit their facilities. Moreover, we warmly welcome you to visit our headquarters to observe our machinery in action. We offer transportation from nearby stations for your convenience.
