We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance. The remaining 50% balance is due by T/T before delivery. We are flexible in accommodating various payment methods, including T/T, L/C, and more.

Absolutely. We provide on-site engineer services for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers are frequently on international assignments for after-sales and technical support. Typically, a 5-15 day period suffices for all procedures, provided all preparations are complete. Note that clients must handle visa, travel, and accommodation costs in advance, and visa approval is not guaranteed.

4. If we purchase your machines, is there any warranty?
